How much does Unlabelled cost?
Unlabelled is free to use. However, we offer paid plans with more checkout features and support. Pro is $20/mo or $192/year per store, and Max is $80/mo or $768/year. Paying yearly on our website at unlabelled.site/subscribe saves 20%.
Do I need technical skills to use Unlabelled?
Not at all! Unlabelled is designed to be extremely user-friendly. You can create and manage your Unlabelled store with just a few clicks. No coding or technical skills are required.
How do customers pay for their orders?
Unlabelled provides secure online payment processing through integrated payment gateways. Customers can pay directly through your store using credit cards, debit cards, and other supported payment methods. You'll receive instant notifications when orders are placed and payments are processed.
How do I share my store with customers?
Each store gets a unique URL (your-business-name.unlb.io) that you can share via social media, messaging apps, or email. You can also generate a QR code in your store settings that customers can scan to visit your store directly.
Can I customize the look of my store?
Currently, all stores use our clean, professional design that focuses on showcasing your products beautifully. We're working on adding more customization options in the future, including theme colors, fonts, and layout options.
Is there a limit to how many products I can add?
There's no limit to the number of products you can add to your store. However, for optimal performance and user experience, we recommend keeping your catalog focused on your best-selling items.
Can I track inventory?
Yes, you can mark products as "In Stock" or "Out of Stock" to let customers know about availability. You can also add a quantity to each product to let customers know how many are left in stock and to help you manage your inventory.
